Come train

Rock up, train a full session with the team, then we sit down for 5–10 minutes after to chat about what you're hoping for.

Where to find us
2/217 James Street, Toowoomba. The entrance is around the back via Water Street — easy to drive past if you don't know to look. Plenty of free parking on-site.
What to wear
Comfortable workout gear and a water bottle. That's it. We've got equipment, towels and everything else sorted. Trainers are fine — if you have lifting shoes you love, bring them.
When to rock up
Aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early on the day. That gives us time to meet you properly, show you around, and answer anything you've thought of since.
