Do I need any fitness experience to go to a class?
We plan our sessions so we can scale them to any fitness level. So even if you have never set foot in a gym before, we can help you through the workout.
What type of training are the classes?
Our classes include a mixture of strength work, cardio work and core work with the goal of building strength and conditioning. We use barbells, dumbbells and a range of equipment to keep the workouts fresh while still helping you achieve amazing results.
What’s the parking like?
There is plenty of street parking in front of the gym. Outside of business hours (9am-5pm weekdays), which is when most of our classes are, parking is free.
If you planning on doing an open gym session on a Sunday, the PCYC Markets are nearby and are held on Sundays so it can be busier to find a park.
Where is The Bar Toowoomba located?
2/217 James Street, Toowoomba, QLD, 4350. Entry is via Water Street. We are located next to National Tiles and Alliance Building & Construction.
When is the gym staffed?
Monday-Friday 5am - 10am and 4-7.30pm (on Fridays, staffed until 6.30pm).
Do you offer 24/7 access?
Yes - as part of our VIP membership.
What do I need to bring?
Just bring a water bottle, a towel and yourself!
Do I need to book in advance?
No, but booking through Glofox (our membership app) helps us plan for session sizes to give you the best experience.
