  • You’ll chat with a trainer to decide which membership option is the best fit for you. No credit card is required to start. No pressure to join if we aren’t the right fit.

  • No, we don’t have long lock-in contracts.

    You can choose either:
    6-month membership – lower weekly rate (best value)
    Month-to-month – greater flexibility at a slightly higher rate

    You can switch tiers, pause, or cancel anytime with notice.

  • No. 24/7 open gym access is only included with our Hybrid and 1-on-1 Personal Training memberships.

    We deliberately keep 24/7 access exclusive so the gym stays quieter and you never have to fight for equipment during your open gym sessions.

    If you want the flexibility of 24/7 access, simply choose Hybrid or 1-on-1.

  • Yes, easily. You can upgrade or downgrade between Functional Group, Hybrid, or 1-on-1 Personal Training at any time as your goals or schedule change.

  • Yes. Both the Hybrid and 1-on-1 Personal Training memberships include:
    • Nutrition support
    • Monthly body measurements
    • Weekly check-ins with your coach
