Honestly, most people walking in for their first session haven't trained in years either. Every movement scales to your level — a coach is with you the whole way through, watching your technique and adjusting on the fly. You won't be left behind, and you won't be embarrassed.
Comfortable workout gear and a water bottle. That's it. We've got the rest — equipment, towels, the lot. If you have lifting shoes you love them, but trainers are fine for your first session.

60 minutes from warm-up to cool-down. Group sessions run through the morning and again from late afternoon — we'll find a time that fits your week when we text you back.
Straight after your session, your coach sits down with you for 5–10 minutes. We talk about what brought you in, what you're hoping for, and we walk you through the membership options and pricing. Then it's your call — no pressure, no lock-in contracts, no follow-up calls hassling you.

Of course. If you'd rather not walk in solo, bring a mate — they're welcome to do the free intro with you. Most first-timers prefer it that way.
