Things people usually ask.

I haven't trained in years. Am I too unfit for this? +

Honestly, most people walking in for their first session haven't trained in years either. Every movement scales to your level — a coach is with you the whole way through, watching your technique and adjusting on the fly. You won't be left behind, and you won't be embarrassed.

What do I wear and bring? +

Comfortable workout gear and a water bottle. That's it. We've got the rest — equipment, towels, the lot. If you have lifting shoes you love them, but trainers are fine for your first session.

Where are you and where do I park? +

2/217 James Street, Toowoomba. The entry is around the back via Water Street — plenty of free parking. We'll send you a map with directions in your confirmation message so you don't have to hunt.

How long is a session? +

60 minutes from warm-up to cool-down. Group sessions run through the morning and again from late afternoon — we'll find a time that fits your week when we text you back.

What happens after the free intro session? +

Straight after your session, your coach sits down with you for 5–10 minutes. We talk about what brought you in, what you're hoping for, and we walk you through the membership options and pricing. Then it's your call — no pressure, no lock-in contracts, no follow-up calls hassling you.

What if I need to reschedule? +

Just text us. We'll move it to another slot. Life happens — we'd rather you train at a time that works than skip altogether.

Can I bring a friend to my intro? +

Of course. If you'd rather not walk in solo, bring a mate — they're welcome to do the free intro with you. Most first-timers prefer it that way.
