What’s included
Coached goal session + personalised 4-week training plan
Your first session is a structured goal conversation with your coach. You leave with a written 4-week plan, built around your body, your goals, and your week. The work begins after the plan exists — not before.
Measurements and photos at start and end
Tape measurements and progress photos in week one. Same again at the end of week four. The pair tells you what the mirror and the scale can’t on their own.
Weekly Small Group PT + full class access
One coached Small Group PT session each week. Full access to our Functional Group Classes. Open gym during staffed hours. Four weeks of every option you need to follow your plan.
Weekly check-ins with your coach
Four short conversations across the program. We adjust the plan based on what’s working and what isn’t. No app-based “check-ins” — actual conversations with the coach who wrote your plan.

What your first week actually looks like
Step 01 · Day one
Goal session, measurements, and photos
45 minutes. You walk out with your written 4-week training plan.
Step 02 · Days 2–7
First training week
The plan tells you which sessions to prioritise. Your coach is on the floor with you every session.
Step 03 · End of week 1
Short check-in with your coach
We confirm the plan is fitting your week. Adjust if it isn’t.
Step 04 · Weeks 2, 3, 4
The work compounds
Check-ins each week. Final measurements and photos at the end of week 4.
Why this costs $197
Coaching that's actually coaching.
Your $197 buys time with a uni-qualified sports scientist and an AWF-credentialed weightlifting coach. Both full-time. Not someone with a six-week certificate.

Before you start
Questions we get asked before people start
What does the $197 include?
Everything listed above. Goal session, written plan, baseline + end-of-trial measurements and photos, one coached Small Group PT session each week, full Functional Group Class access, gym access during staffed hours, and four weekly check-ins. No additional fees.
What happens after 4 weeks?
Nothing automatic. The trial expires. If you want to keep training with us, we’ll talk about a regular membership in your final week. If you don’t, no email chasing, no rollover charge.
Can I freeze or pause it?
No. The 4 weeks run continuously — the structure is what makes the program work. Plan the start date around a clear month.
I have a knee, back, or shoulder issue. Can I still do this?
Yes. The goal session is where we work out what to adjust. We coach around injuries, not through them.
Is this Small Group PT or Group Classes?
Both. Your trial includes one Small Group PT session each week — that’s your guaranteed coached session — plus full access to Group Classes. Your written plan will tell you which sessions to prioritise.
What if I can’t make my goal session day one?
Book a different day. The 4 weeks start once your goal session is done — not when you pay.
