WHAT WE OFFER:

FUNCTIONAL GROUP CLASSES

One of our expert coaches will guide you through a warm up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Your coach will supervise and correct any movements performed during the class. All classes can be scaled to any level of fitness.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Work with your own personal trainer in a small group setting. Small Group PT brings all the perks of Personal Training at a more affordable price. Your trainer will be there to guide you every step of the way.

NUTRITION COACHING

Stop dieting and restricting yourself and start creating and implementing healthy habits. Our nutrition approach aims to create real long term change through education. Work with our qualified nutritionist to overcome fad dieting and bad eating habits.

  • Lachie Davis headshot

    Lachie Davis

    OWNER AND HEAD TRAINER

    When you think of Lachie, you think of The Bar! Lachie started as a trainer and after 4+ years, he is now the Owner and Head Trainer.

    Lachie has a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, Certificate III and IV in Fitness and a Diploma of Business which all come in handy when running The Bar.

    As well as managing all the team and all the gym operations, Lachie still takes personal training sessions, group exercise classes, etc., he does it all!

    Lachie specialises in improving technique, heavy weight training and body composition goals. He'll tell you exactly what you need to do to achieve your fitness goals and keeps you accountable so you actually achieve them.

    Conan Clarke

    TRAINER

    Conan loves helping his clients to make healthier eating choices and showing them nutritious and tasty meals that they can make within minutes. Having an 8+ year background as a chef and a Certificate III in Nutrition Coaching means he knows what he’s talking about.

    Before completing his Master Trainer Certificate through the Australian Institute of Fitness in 2021, Conan had been an avid gym goer for many years, starting as a larger teenager he successfully lost over 60kg.

    He continues to carry this motivation into helping his friends, family and his clients to achieve their fitness goals and help to keep them on track and accountable to be able to achieve them.

    Danica Schnitzerling

    TRAINER

    Danica raises the bar (and the volume!) in every class and has become an integral member of our community.

    Born and raised in Warwick Queensland, Danica is an enthusiastic trainer who thrives on improving our members’ overall strength and fitness. She was part of a sporting and athletic household growing up and spent her time playing hockey competitively and training for athletics events. After working in the dental industry, she found her passion in fitness and is qualified with Certificate III & Certificate IV in Fitness.

    Danica enjoys pushing people outside of their comfort zone during group training and SPT sessions. She likes focusing on body transformation, technique and being a positivity powerhouse for our members.

    Danica is everyone’s biggest hype girl and will make you feel like part of The Bar community in no time!
